The updated modpack from Amway921 contains many useful modifications that Amway921 himself uses, as well as those that he recommends as desirable for installation, but does not use when recording videos and streaming.

The collection of mods from Amway contains about fifty different changes and improvements. We suggest paying special attention to the following several mods.

Improved standard. Functionally, it is almost no different from a regular sight in a pure game client. The difference is that the fonts of all inscriptions and graphics are made more noticeable and easier to read. Of the additional functions, only reload time with a ready-to-shot indicator and zoom ratio in sniper mode are added.

Firing direction indicator made so large that it is absolutely impossible not to notice where they are shooting at you from. Of course, this indicator will not give you precision, but knowing the direction will help you understand where the enemy’s position is camouflaged - a bush, a fallen tree - even if you don’t see it.

White tank corpses- one of the most popular “useful little things”, which allows you to target the body of a living enemy behind a destroyed combat vehicle.

Also note a laconic tank information panel in sight. It shows only the most necessary information - the model of the enemy combat vehicle, reload speed and rated viewing range (without taking into account crew perks and modules).
Indicator of the total strength of teams contains an interesting addition - an indicator of the amount of damage you need to inflict on opponents to receive the “Main Caliber” medal. If you absolutely need this particular medal in large quantities to participate in some competitions or promotions, be sure to install this mod.

Assembly composition

When you run the installer, you can install the following mods from the assembly:

Comprehensive XVM mod or "Deer Measurer", which is the basis of most. Along with it, you can put a high-contrast color scheme for various indicators and contours, as well as a “carousel” of tanks in the hangar in 1 or 2 rows, with expanded information about each tank. In addition to the usual features, the Amway mod shows the badge, level and win rate on each tank.

Combat mods:

Sound mod "Ring of Crit" in case of critical damage to the enemy tank modules or concussion of a crew member, which is set along with the sound to trigger the “sixth sense” perk.
Two options - with standard and enlarged icons - damage panels for your tank with a log of the damage received.
Two sights based on the standard one- improved, as in the screenshots above, and minimalistic, in which unnecessary graphic elements have been removed.
A group of mods for zoom and camera control. This is the commander’s camera (maximum distance in arcade mode), the actual zoom in the sniper scope with a magnification of up to 16x and NoScroll, which disables the transition from arcade mode to sniper mode with the mouse wheel. Small mods are also installed here to disable the dynamic camera (recoil after a shot, swaying in a sniper scope when driving over rough terrain, etc.) and to force the magnification setting in sniper mode. Thanks to this mod, the scope will save the last zoom value and restore it when returning to pt mode, rather than taking the default value, as in the standard client.
Disabling the smoothness of camera height changes above the tank in arcade mode. Allows you to “look around” faster, especially useful in combination with the “command camera”.
Horizontal angles for tanks without a turret or with incomplete rotation.
No Binoculars— disable dimming at the edges of the screen in sniper mode. It is designed to simulate real long-distance aiming, but it doesn’t make much sense in the game - you can safely disable and install the mod.
Server sight by F2 button. Allows you to turn it on and off in battle. The mod is of questionable usefulness, since the server sight, although it slightly reduces the fps in the game, but provides more effective shooting due to better synchronization between the game client on your computer and the server.
Increased operating time of the “light bulb” up to 10 seconds. Allows you to more accurately assess the moment when your tank disappears from sight after the commander’s “sixth sense” perk is triggered.
Improved projectile count indicator on the projectiles, equipment and consumables panel. Clearly visible in one of the screenshots above.
Improved fire direction indicator and tank information panel in the sight.
Special icon on the minimap for heavy tanks of the tenth level. It makes sense to bet if you play a vehicle of at least level 8.
Disabling effects when taking damage. Removes the “red veil” and camera shake when your tank is hit.
SafeShot Mod, which blocks fire on allies and destroyed tanks.
Reload in chat using the “C” button and an alternative combat menu using the Alt-Z combination.
Disabling camouflages and inscriptions on tanks. Makes shooting at enemies and targeting vulnerable spots a little easier.
White textures or “corpses” of destroyed tanks. Famous and popular mod.
Respawn display— points of appearance of your team on the map when loading into battle.
Displaying the total number of remaining strength points commands on the score panel at the top of the screen and the amount of damage required to receive the “Main Caliber”.

Hangar mods:

Clock in the hangar above the “Battle” button. Allows you to more accurately control the time spent in the game.
Colored messages about the results of the battle and your statistics for the current server session.
Replay manager. Allows you to search, sort, delete and view records of your past battles right in the hangar.

How to install a modpack

Download the archive from the link, unpack
Inside you will find an executable file - this is the installer. It is archived in case you are prohibited from downloading such files from the Internet.
Run the installer. The list of mods in the assembly, news and FAQ do not need to be read.
Check if the World of Tanks directory is listed correctly and proceed to selecting mods to install:

Each mod is provided with a short commentary about its functions and a screenshot where possible
Check the boxes for the mods you want and click “Install”
After the installation of the mods is completed, a screen for setting up the main functions of the complex mod XVM or “Deer Measuring” will appear (if you checked the box when selecting mods to install)
Select the required options or leave the screen unchanged, click Next and Finish
The modpack is installed, you can start the game

Mods in battle

Four multi-position sniper scopes (please note, this is only an addition to the scope, and not a change to the interface). With this mod, the number of steps increases and you can shoot at distant targets much more conveniently. But it will take a little getting used to the projectile's flight time.
Display of UGN not only in the damage panel, but also near the information, which will make life easier for ART-SAU fans.
The F2 button will activate the server crosshair to avoid desync cases. This is especially useful for tankers who cannot boast of a stable Internet connection and are forced to play with a high ping.

Today we will review a very fresh a collection of mods for WoT version 1.5, presented by a player under the nickname Amway921, deputy commander of the NEVOD clan, owner of 113 (!) “Master” medals at the moment, most of which are on heavy tanks, which really require special skill in handling.

The description says that the assembly contains the most necessary modifications to the interface and other game parts. Let's check if this is actually true.

What mods are included in the assembly from Amway921

The assembly is opened by three mods belonging to the same author - STL1te. The first of them is a sight already familiar to viewers. Despite the fact that it does not obstruct the view at all, it is very informative - here is the current time before reloading, and its total time, and, what will be important for the French cowboys with them - in fact, it shows the number of shells in the drum and reloading, as inside the drum , and full. For AT owners and artillerymen, it will be useful to indicate the maximum horizontal aiming angles. The only thing missing is the tank's strength indicator, but the next mod compensates for this small drawback. Among other features, the sight also works in . Damage panel, which includes pop-up numbers for damage received. The eye-catching bright red numbers will save you those crucial split seconds that you would otherwise spend looking at the strength indicator at the bottom of the screen. This mod allows you to release the entire clip into the adversary, only once lowering the sensitive, gentle and vulnerable fingers of the virtuoso tanker on the button and, under ideal conditions, without lifting them until the enemy is left with a smoking pile of metal. No scope- clean screen, in sniper mode removes the unpleasant, foggy and scary darkening at the edges of the screen. For those who like something anti-tank and artillery - just right. No scroll(can be easily disabled by simply deleting the folder containing it) - prohibits switching between arcade and sniper mode using the mouse wheel. It can be useful in close-range combat, when it makes sense to change the scope without the risk of moving to the camera behind the tank and losing sight of the enemy. Please note that with this mod, switching the sight mode will be done using the SHIFT key. Therefore, take care in advance to disable “sticking” or change the aim key. Otherwise, you run the risk of encountering an annoying system window blocking the client during the fight. You have been warned. Zoom mod, commander's camera. Allows you to look around a vast part of the battlefield, look behind buildings and shelters and assess the positions of enemies, and after all this - give orders to your allies. In random battles, it will not bring much benefit, as a rule, everyone there is for himself, but this is a separate topic. But in clan and company battles, and in the skillful hands of a thinking commander, it is one of the keys to victory. Very extensive and detailed XVM (aka “deer measurer”) exclusive build 4.0.0. The statistics module shows, including in color, such data as the chance of victory, statistics (unexpectedly, right?) of the player’s victories/defeats, his efficiency, the number of battles, so that you can immediately decide which of your allies to rely on in difficult times and which of the opponents is to be feared like fire. This also includes extremely significant improvements to the mini-map - captions for tanks and - most importantly - the designation by a dot of the last location of a tank that was illuminated and disappeared from exposure (artillery, give a control salvo!). When you press Alt, information on the last illuminated tanks in the viewing radius is displayed. It will probably come in handy towards the end of the battle, when most of the tanks are knocked out and those remaining in the ranks are pretty battered.

The base capture indicator also shows the number of invaders and the remaining time until the capture. That is, what was previously determined “by eye” by the speed of filling the capture strip is now calculated with an accuracy of up to a second. The map can include rays showing the current angle of rotation of the barrel and the direction of the body, as well as aiming angles and drawing boundaries. It makes sense for self-propelled gun and tank players to use this. The login/password window shows the ping of the servers so that the player can choose the one most suitable for the speed of his network. In the hangar, in the achievements tab, much more information appears on each tank, such as, for example, efficiency. It is possible to sort the tanks. A mod that shows the number of battles, victories and defeats for the last session, counting while the player is on the server. The average experience and the amount of silver earned are also displayed here. Not particularly important, but a handy thing for those who keep an eye on the statue.

How to install mod assembly from Amway921 patch 1.5

1. Download the file with the MODpack from the link above 2. Follow the instructions of the installer, selecting the necessary mods (the program will put everything that is in the \res_mods\9.15.2 folder at the time of installation in a separate folder) 3. Run the game as usual.

According to Amway921, he refused to add , and other similar features, since he considers them to be for beginners, because all this comes with experience, and limited himself to a set of the most useful and functional mods.
